Campus Updates

Beginning today, several changes will go into effect regarding space reservation procedures. The classroom space reservation period will now align with each semester to ensure space is first assigned to academic needs. Deadlines to reserving outdoor event space and info tables have also changed to allow for scheduling of staff and resources.

ECN Answers
Q: What is FASET?

A: Familiarization and Adaption to the Surroundings and Environs of Tech, or FASET, is Georgia Tech’s orientation program for new undergraduate students. FASET has been a tradition at Georgia Tech since 1972. Orientation sessions are offered during the summer and at the start of each semester for incoming students, including new, transfer, and exchange students. It’s important to note that FASET typically takes up a lot of event space during the summer and start of new semester. For more information about and dates for FASET, visit the New Student and Sophomore Programs website
