Coventry for Intermediaries switch to 0800 number

Coventry for intermediaries has switched to 0800 numbers so brokers can contact them for free.

This takes the new Ofcom regulations that freephone telephone numbers must be free for callers from mobiles as well as landlines one step further, with the Coventry changing all of its phone numbers to 0800 for both consumers and brokers.

The intermediary support team can now be contacted on 0800 121 7788 from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

Brokers can also contact their BDMs free of charge.

Head of intermediaries, Kevin Purvey, said: “With intermediaries being an integral part of our business, we wanted to make it as easy as possible for them to do business with us.”
