Last Call

Socks, underwear, paper, pencils--whatever you have for the school supply drive that you haven't brought yet, bring it this Sunday!

Speaking of School...

We'll be blessing backpacks on Sunday, July 19th. If you take a backpack with you, bring it to worship that morning, too!

Also, if you're cleaning out closets and have gently used kid clothing that needs a new home, donate it to the Clothes Cabin. July is their busiest month of the year and they especially need school clothes for kids.

Regional Women's Retreat is coming up September 11-13 in Prescott. You'll most certainly enjoy some time out of the still hot Valley. The food is good. The beds are comfortable. And the preacher for the weekend can't be beat! (It's Rev. Abby, in case you're wondering.) Download your forms here. We have paper copies available at the church, too.

We're hosting IHELP (Interfaith Homeless Emergency Lodging Program) on Saturday night. If you're helping prepare food, please have it at the church between 5:30 - 5:45 p.m. Our guests will arrive at 6:00 p.m. You're welcome to stay, serve and eat with our guests.

A Few Notes

Yes, it's the first Sunday of the month, so we'll be collecting change for the Pastor's Fund. Look for the gray buckets!
LAST CHANCE if you'd like to reserve tickets for the Diamondbacks game on Saturday, July 25 at 5:10 p.m, contact Noel Stephens. The deadline for reserving a seat is July 5. Tickets are $15.
