Hi there!
They say an entrepreneur is someone who jumps off a cliff and builds a plane on the way down. Well, that’s definitely true! The only difference between this statement and mine, is that I don’t build planes. I build hot air balloons and swings in the clouds, which also means getting lost in the clouds and struggling to find my way back, but that’s what makes the journey so much more fun.
The dream is real and I am doing what I love. What a blessing!
In the past month I’ve visited five hotels and even more restaurants, had the loveliest views and I got to meet Vasco Da Gama…
It really is a privilege to explore our country. I hope you take the time to do the same this month.

Here are some notes on our experiences at restaurants this past month. Take it, make it your own and grow into the best customer service provider out there!
- Keep staff on their toes by having monthly quiz nights or challenges regarding the menu and other topics like communication and body language.
- When a guest calls to make a reservation, they normally do it to ensure that they are given a great seat upon arrival. Go through that extra little trouble and place a reserved sign on a well placed table. They’ve gone through the trouble to book, now you need to make an effort to show them your appreciation for their business. READ MORE
