NGCL July News Update
Lunch to honour the memory of Basil and Lil Steward
Basil and Lil Steward were long time residents of North Glenora, and we would invite anyone who knew them in the community to honour their memory with us at a lunch at the NGCL community hall on Saturday, July 11 at noon. Please RSVP to Jan at 780-487-0516 if you are able to attend.
Two Volunteers Needed: Kitchen Coordinator and Daytime Key Holder
These two volunteer positions have a smaller list of duties and are a great way to contribute and get involved in your community.
Kitchen Coordinator: Ensures kitchen is kept in good working order, items are properly stored, and stale-dated items are disposed. Conducts annual kitchen inventory and at request of Hall Bookings Chairperson.
Daytime Contact: Arranges to open and close the hall or rink shack as needed (for inspection, maintenance personnel, prospective renters, etc.). Responds to and refers questions about the hall to the appropriate parties.

Woodcroft Community Country Dinner and Dance
Everyone is invited to Woodcroft's Community Country Dinner and Dance (the band plays more than country!) Share a great meal with friends and neighbours, and dance to the entertaining band “Jukebox Leigh.”
When: July 11, 2015, 5 - 7 p.m.
Where: Woodcroft Community Hall (13915 – 115 Avenue)
Price: Adults $20, Seniors/Children 5-12 $15, Children under 4 are free, Family price (2 adults and and 2 children in the same household $60)
