A byteis the smallest group of information that a computer can process in one chunk or bite. The bits in a byte are processed together and, more importantly for us, the byte is presented to us in a form that we can understand.
This monthly newsletter is an easy-to-digest round-up of what happened in the month of June in Vancouver's real estate market.
It can be as much or as little as you want to invest your time in. Take a small Byte and inject it into casual conversation or absorb the entire meaty stats package and risk putting your friends to sleep.

Metro Vancouver Home Sales Set Record Pace in June
Last month was the highest selling June, and the second highest overall monthly total, on record for the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
I know. I know. It's like Groundhog Day! If you didn't believe me you would think I re-print the same message every month but what can I say? The stats don't lie.

From the outside looking in the sale of someone's house seems fun, particularly in a strong market. It's easy right? You list, you sell...no worries.
But it is very emotional and can be stressful. When I first spoke to the owner of 450 Mountain Drive I was asked "What do I do? I've never sold a house". Well it turns out that the owners had never bought a house either. They built their wonderful family home at 450 Mountain Drive, Lions Bay in 1975 and sold it inside a week 40 years later. Congratulations Patrick and Joan!
