Neurohealth Chiropratic
Welcome to the July issue of Neurohealth News!

Hopefully you are all rugging up and braving the winter chills!
Happy holidays to all of our school goers – have a great break and freshen up for the second half of the year!
A special shout out to all of our senior school and HSC Students. With the trials and major work submissions around the corner we wish you all the best with your studies. With so much time spent hunched over a desk it is important to look after yourself in order to get the full potential out of every study session: eat well, stay hydrated and make sure you get regular exercise, but above all have fun and enjoy your final months of high school!

Until next month,

Enjoy!

The Benefits of Myofascial Cupping

This helps to lift and separate the soft tissue, allowing for greater fluid movement and nutrient supply throughout the soft tissues. This nourishes, detoxifies, stimulates and increases range of motion.

We emphasis the importance of a school backpack and where it should be worn and how it should be worn. Now, a greater concern is the part that social media is playing in our deteriorating posture.
