Did you know that according to New York State's Tenant Rights, tenants who do not have leases and pay rent on a monthly basis are called “month-to-month†tenants. A month-to-month tenancy may be terminated by either party by giving at least one month’s notice before the expiration of the tenancy.

The 13th Annual Puerto Rican and Hispanic Day Parade will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2015, starting at Niagara Square and ending at Niagara and Porter Avenue. BULK TRASH SCHEDULE
The City of Buffalo will be collecting Fall Bulk Trash in our community this August. Please leave your bulk trash items on the curb on the Sunday night allocated for your Council District.
Ellicott District: August 2nd
Fillmore District: August 9th
Niagara District: August 16th.

SUMMER POOL SCHEDULE
The City of Buffalo has officially opened its public pools, so jump into the Centennial Pool at LaSalle Park to cool off! Pool hours are 11:00am-7:00pm, Monday-Fridays and Sundays. The Centennial Splash Pad is open daily from 11:00am-7:00pm through the summer season, weather dependent.
