Registration is now open for the 2015-16 STA Diploma Part 1 & 2 courses.
The Society of Technical Analysts is firmly established as one of the leading providers of technical analysis training and education both here in the UK and globally. Held once a year at the London School of Economics, the Part 1 and Part 2 courses are taught by leading experts in technical analysis. The programme has been designed to cater for newcomers and experienced professionals who are looking to challenge themselves and develop the methodology, tools and confidence to make better informed trading and investment decisions.
The Diploma Part 1 Course will commence on Wednesday 14 October 2015 and includes seven evening classes and two-hour examination. The Diploma Part 2 Course will start on Monday 18 January 2016 and includes twelve evening classes, a half day exam preparation and three hour exam.
The STA Diploma is an internationally recognised two stage qualification. The first stage is the online two-hour multiple choice Diploma Part 1 examination. Passing this exam is a pre-requisite for taking the Diploma Part 2 examination, which is a three-hour paper-based exam.
STA candidates, having successfully passed both Diploma Part 1 and 2 exams, are eligible to apply for the International Federation of Technical Analysts’ CFTe certificate as well as use the post-nominal, MSTA, whilst they remain a member of the Society.
