Richard Davis Awards: ENTRIES OPEN
With a record £6000 in prizemoney up for grabs, we encourage any jockeys or former jockeys who have significantly achieved or made good progress with their career development to take part. It’s simple to enter and a great way of furthering your career development. Plus to mark their 20th year, we’re planning to make the Awards extra special.

How are your camera skills?
Racing UK (one of our Friends of JETS) have kindly agreed to host two media training sessions (September 14 & 28). Trainers such as Oli Bell and Lydia Hislop will help jockeys with the basic dos and don’ts of media interviews as well as practice their presenting skills too. Please contact Lisa to book your place.

Saddle Up!
Master Saddler Andy Wheals is looking for an apprentice to start in September. He would like to employ a former jockey aged 23 or under. If you would like to work to become a Qualified Saddler, then do get in touch. The apprenticeship is three years on a paid basis.
