Marshall Festival 2015 is now accepting proposals for readings in fiction, poetry, and creative non-fiction; panel discussions concerning topics pertaining to rural writing, culture, art, and mixed media presentations. Proposals should appeal to rural culture in the broadest sense. Work pertaining to the Upper Midwest will be given priority. Learn more |
