They are silent, they require no skill or training, they are easily concealed, and they can quickly cause life threatening injuries. In close quarters, they are more deadly than firearms. Since 2012, APD has reported a significant rise in the use of edged weapons in homicide cases.
Join us on July 25th at Fit and Fearless for a 4-hour training seminar on defensive tactics vs. edged weapons. Led by APD Officer, KMWW Black Belt and Lead Force Training Instructor, Heath Jones, this seminar will specifically focus on defending against stabbing attacks with edged weapons.
