Lines and Music
Know your role! The production staff would like to remind you that you need to learn your parts as quickly as possible. You should be off book so please make sure that you come to rehearsal prepared.

Children's Hospital
We have an amazing opportunity to perform on the in house television network at the Children's Hospital on Wednesday, June 29th. We are looking to see what cast members are available that day in order to determine performances. The show airs from 11:00am-12:00pm. For those interested please let Jeff know at rehearsal. Once we have an idea of who can attend, we will send out more information.

Unscheduled Absences
Please remember that you should not be absent from rehearsal if it was not on your conflict sheet. If an unscheduled absence comes up, you need to speak directly to Julie via email, text, or in person. If Julie is not at rehearsal, you should still speak directly to the production staff or email stage@soararts.com and it will be forwarded to the appropriate people.
Please note:
It is NOT acceptable to have another cast member relay this information to the production staff.

Volunteers Needed!
We will be bagging for tips at the Cub Food in Rogers on Saturday and Sunday this week. In order for this to be a success, we would really like cast members to be involved. Please look at your schedule and see if this is something you could do for at least one shift. If you are able to participate, please contact Kari.

Costumes
1. Celest will be attending rehearsal on Monday, July 20th at 5:45 pm. Anyone who still owes her a costumes needs to bring it that day!
2. Please let Celest know if you have any of the items below available for the run of the show. All items can be labeled so they can be returned at the end of the performance.
- cell phones (broken, old, non-working, it doesn't matter)
- 2 ipads/tablets (once again broken, old, non-working, it doesn't matter)
- 2 large trophies (no animals on the trophies. people or symbols only)
- backpacks/school bags
3. All kids are responsible for their canvas shoes/basketball shoes and specified white socks (unless they have already spoken with me about the topic).

Chipotle!
Our fundraiser is today! We will receive 50% of all proceeds for this fundraiser! Please spread the word! We will bring the order to the rehearsal space at 5:30pm. If you have any questions please contact Jamie at sales@soararts.com.
