People Are Talking:  Carnival's Exceptional Staff

Nothing can make a great cruise even better like a crew that goes above and beyond. And while all lines try to cultivate a relationship between their staff and their passengers, Carnival seems to have it down to a science:

"Service was top notch. Our dinner staff was outstanding, led by I Made and his team from Indonesia. Jeffrey was our cabin steward and his service was top shelf. Adem from Turkey served us sodas with dinner, was so nice, and I kept seeing him throughout the days, he worked hard, wore a lot of hats. Bar staff and all help and crew were very courteous. The whole team works extremely hard to give us a pleasant experience. We left in a middle of tropical storm Thursday but the mood was festive and we were very safe." - misterj411, Carnival Paradise

"Seems like they try harder on Carnival ships. I don't know why they do, but it is appreciated." - Jeff, Carnival Destiny

"Just returned from a cruise on The Valor! Many crew members made it a fabulous cruise! Our room steward, Jacinto, was right on the spot with everything we needed! Our dining room staff, Vladimir, Victor and Alex at late seating, were so much fun, and did their best to take excellent care of us! We went to Scarlett's steakhouse on Wednesday evening, and our waitress,Jelena from Croatia, and our bar person, Chure from Thailand, were awesome. They gave us suggestions, and helped us make choices. They were both so courteous and friendly, it made for a great evening!" - ShelleyL5, Carnival Valor

"We met a lot of staff and crew during our visit and never met anyone who wasn't quick with a smile and happy to help. It was great watching the kids interact with the Camp Carnival staff.  They were all having a great time. The staff from our room steward, bartenders, camp councilors, waiters, etc. all treated us so well we would definitely cruise on Carnival again." - mkgg1, Carnival Triumph

"This Cruise made my 73rd  birthday the most wonderful, exciting and most unforgettable birthday ever !. A big thank you to Cemon, Shirley and Phoebe, in the Paris dinning room. You made our day, everyday! I have never experienced such friendly service, with a genuine smile and hugs." - charlynantx, Carnival Triumph

Ship Tip: Radiance of the Seas

"Don't be afraid to ask your dining staff for extra meals for surprise dishes that are not in the menu. They will service you. If you do plan to buy wine bottles every night, we suggest you buy the wine deal." - erwinchiong
