Monthly Membership Meeting
We will be having out monthly membership meeting this Thursday, August 13th. We will be welcoming a guest speaker from Capital City Chiropractic, Dr. Katie Parks. Dr. Parks will be discussing with us the importance of spinal health to avoid pain and illness in the future. Along with the discussion with out guest speaker, we will be going over the upcoming events in the next few busy months.
So be sure to mark you calendars for August 13th at 7:00, and join us to learn about healthy changes we can make for our lifestyles!
HOH Work Day
With a little over 70 days left until the beginning of Haunt Season, our next work day is August 2nd! O'Shawn, Shelby, Jimmy, and many others have been working extremely hard since last season ended to get everything built. Now it's getting to be crunch time, and we need all hands on deck for anything and everything that needs to be finished up!
The workday will begin at 1:00pm on August 2nd.
A Facebook event will be posted soon, so please keep an eye out for that and RSVP if you will be able to help out.

Hut Rental Info
Please contact Property Manager Mac to inquire about the availability of the Hut for rental dates. Upon securing a reservation, contact Treasurer Sean to arrange payment(s).
Chapter Member Policies
Members that are in good financial standing (i.e. have paid their dues) will be eligible to use the building for private functions at the Member Rental Rate. Each member in good standing will receive $100 rental credit per calendar year. This credit does not apply to the security deposit. Security deposits must be submitted to the Property Manager at least 48 hours prior to occupancy.
Negotiations of prices and/or access to property can be made by CWC Board of Directors at their discretion. Trade-offs for cleaning the Hut prior to or after a public renter’s use of the property can be used to obtain credit towards a rental, the value of which shall be determined by the BOD.
Member Rental Rates
Sunday - Thursday: $10/Hour + $50 (SD)
Max* Rent Fee = $100 + $50 (SD)
Friday - Saturday: $20/Hour + $50 (SD)
Max* Rent Fee = $200 + $50 (SD)

Membership Dues
Annual membership dues are $50 (for renewals). It is encouraged that everyone pay monthly or quarterly installments to spread out the cost of the dues over the entire year. Renewals are due before the first day of the anniversary month. Go to our new Membership Page to pay via PayPal.
Please pay your member dues. Our efforts to raise money for charities are hampered with unnecessary administrative costs when the chapter is forced to cover membership dues. We are a charity-based organization. The charitable donations are to benefit our community's citizens, not our own members.
