07/22/2015 - Thermo Fisher Scientific Partners with the CDC to Accelerate Global Microbial Identification

New software connects public health laboratories with MicrobeNet database to advance infectious disease surveillance. Through a successful partnership with the Special Bacteriology Reference Laboratory at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Thermo Fisher Scientific has developed an advanced software solution that enables global public health laboratories to directly access the CDC’s MicrobeNet online virtual reference lab database.

07/22/2015 - Autoscribe Informatics Reports Outstanding Growth Figures

Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) specialist, Autoscribe Informatics, has posted another impressive set of sales figures for FY 14-15. The company reports a worldwide increase in sales and support of 22.7% compared to the previous year. The outstanding performance amongst these figures was an increase in system sales of 73.6% in the UK.

This new 2015 edition has over 400 pages of information with tons of information on features and functions for LIMS and LIS and complete vendor directories for LIMS, LIS, ELN, SDMS and CDMS products. There are over 30 LIMS vendors with complete pricing information as well. 

This resource is compiled from our LIMSwiki.org site so you will want to check back often as we will be releasing subsequent editions as the community updates the information. Any vendors who wish to be listed can do so by submitting your information and price lists to the LIMSwiki.org editor.
