We are proud to offer the latest CutPro version – V11 – with updated imperial unit system support; improved tool editor, plots and file structures; and new and improved Modal Analysis Module.

We are now working on and designing the following software options and additions:
- NPro Turning / Boring Module
- Receptance Coupling Module
- CutPro Report Tool

NPro is the most advanced physics based process simulation and NC program optimization NX Plugin available on the market. NPro’s turning / boring module will allow NX users to achieve simulation and optimization of machining for any turning or boring operation.
|

|
|
Receptance Coupling allows the user to perform less tap-test measurements, and determine the predicted FRF of a cutting tool & holder at its tip. This is done by de-coupling the spindle/tool holder interface connection, and/or the tool holder/cutting tool interface connection. We are then able to create predicted FRFs by inputting tool geometry and material properties. This software will also provide the user with tool length tuning; which tells the engineer which tool stick-out results in the highest depth of cut.

CutPro's Report Tool will be a powerful free addition to CutPro, and will allow the user to customize how to present their simulations on paper. The most basic report will simply consist of a print-out of all information within the workspace, however, the report tool will allow the user to create a full-fledged traditional report using tools similar to word. Title pages, table of contents, abstracts, introductions, conclusions, body paragraphs, list of figures, images, text, imported documents and more will be possible using this tool. The user can also export the report to any standard document file for further modifications.
