God never ceases to amaze me! As I have been praying for people with various combinations of oils, I’ve received the following testimonies – a lump in a throat disappearing, improved sleep, and several reports of relief from pain. One man who had a shooting pain in his heel was actually jumping on it after receiving prayer. Praise God!

As I pray, I ask Jesus to bring healing. I also rub in the oil blends that God created with healing properties. Since I have combined both, I have noticed an exponential increase in the number of people who experience relief or complete healing from their symptoms.

People have asked me, “What is the source of the healing? Is it the prayer by faith in Jesus or the oils that have healing properties?” That’s a good question!

As we turn to Scripture, the gospels are filled with stories of healing through prayer without oils. In Acts 3:6-8. Peter simply declared to a crippled beggar sitting at the temple gate called Beautiful, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk. Taking him by the right hand, he helped him up and instantly the man’s feet and ankles became strong. He jumped to his feet and began to walk."

There is also Scripture that describes the use of oils and prayer together. James 5:14 states: “Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.” Other scriptures that support anointing the sick with oil include (Mark 6:13, Isaiah 1:6). Also, Revelation 22:2 states: "And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations." Essential oils are extracted from leaves (and other parts of plants). Jesus, The Author of Creation designed the plants/trees to bring healing.

Here is a summary of some of my observations since praying with people with oils:

1. Oils that I have formulated for one purpose actually have many other positive effects on people i.e. an oil blend with calming properties has helped many people who were experiencing pain. This supports the concept that God is bigger than we know and is full of surprises!

2. In general, I have observed that people with a higher level of faith in the healing power of Jesus and through the use of healing oils tend to receive a higher measure of results (Please note – there have been people with very strong faith who have not received relief – I do not understand this, it’s a mystery to me that I often bring up to God – without answers. I have also heard of stories where other people prayed for those who did not believe and received healing. They came to know Jesus as their personal Savior as a result. This attributes to the mystery of faith)

3. Sometimes God defies logic (His thoughts are not our thoughts – (Isaiah 55:9). He always needs to be the one to rely on by listening to the Holy Spirit. Having studied the chemistry of the oils, I will first rely on my scientific knowledge for the oil blend to choose. However, sometimes I will feel led by the Holy Spirit to use an oil that does not make sense scientifically. This was the case of the man I prayed for and Jesus healed his heel.

As I have processed what I have learned from bible study, clinical aromatherapy study, and my experiences, this is what I have found to be most important: Whether it’s the faith in the healing power of Jesus and/or the healing properties that The Author of Creation designed to promote health and abundant life – ALL GLORY AND HONOR POINTS to JESUS - The ULTIMATE HEALER.

2. Woman Turns to Jesus for Comfort Instead of Crystals — On July 11th, we were at the Praise God Fest in Torrington and a woman approached our table looking for some answers. It was evident that God was leading her there that day. She approached our table once and then came back a second time around and opened up to us more. She was speaking with Rosie and was just talking about how her life has been sad lately and that a friend of hers gave her a stone to hold onto. She pulled out a stone from her purse. Rosie then prayed and explained to her that Jesus is the one who brings hope and freedom. From there, the woman opened up her purse again and showed Rosie many “new age” crystals that she had also obtained from a friend. At this point, Rosie asked a friend from Joseph’s House to join the conversation for additional wisdom. This friend also explained in love to the woman that true power, hope, healing, freedom, and salvation comes from Jesus. She didn’t need the stones and they could have a negative spiritual impact. The woman was a believer in Jesus, and realized that she was looking in the wrong direction for comfort in her grief. The woman got rid of rid of all her crystals and stones that day and decided to do a spiritual house cleansing and ask Jesus’s presence to fill every area of her home.

3. Shooting Pain in Man’s heel healed! On July 25th we were at the Expressions of Faith event in Brooklyn, CT. There was a man who had a shooting pain in his heel when he stood up and continual pain as he walked. He asked Rosie if there were any oils that would help. Rosie felt the Lord prompt her to ask the man if she could pray for his foot with the Biblical Oil. The man agreed and Rosie prayed with a friend. After praying, the man felt tingling in his foot. When he stood up, he noticed a considerable difference in the pain level in his heel. After taking care of a customer, Rosie then went back to this man and asked if he’d like more prayer to see if the pain would decrease even more. The man agreed and Rosie and friend prayed again. After this time of prayer, the man was able to get up and walk easily. By the end of the evening, he was jumping up and down and feeling no pain… Praise God!
