Fall Semester Bill
- CARS bills have been generated and all Class of 2018 students will currently see 8 units.
- For Class of 2018, your admit deposit automatically covers the minimum payment that is due by Aug 15. All remaining or outstanding fees are due by Sep 15.

Cal 1 Cards
- Those who submitted a compliant photo by the extended deadline on Aug 5 can pick up their Cal 1 Card at the EWMBA Program Office starting on Aug 10. Those submitted after should expect them at a later date.
- Please be sure to bring a valid government-issued photo ID in order to obtain your Cal 1 Card.
- If you were unable to successfully upload your photo, the Cal 1 Card Office will be open during Cal move-in weekend on Aug 22-23. Please note the Cal 1 Card office will provide expedited support to EW students during the 1-2PM Saturday lunch break.

Weekend Schedule (Axe/Oski Cohorts)
- Weekend Classes begin next weekend, Saturday Aug 15 at Haas.
- Review the Class of 2018 Schedule here for reference.
- Subsequent Bear Necessities include a Saturday Scoop section to help you stay informed about weekend classes and logistics.

Campus Groups
- CampusGroups access will be available soon. For now, please avoid creating an account individually as this will create a duplicate account.
- Information will be released once your CampusGroups account is active.

Financial Aid Office Hours
- The Haas Financial Aid Office is available for your questions about loans, scholarships, billing, and other related items. Email them at finaid@haas.berkeley.edu or call them at 510-643-0183. Additional contact information can be found here.
- Financial Aid advising will be available on Saturday Aug 15 from 12-2PM in S546 (just upstairs from the Program Office). Feel free to make an appointment or drop-in with questions.

Counseling & Psychological Services (CPS)
- Services are available for enrolled students at Haas and at the Tang Center. Dr. Jon Capone is available via phone at 510-642-4853 or dcapone@berkeley.edu. He also has available on at Haas on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursdays in F408 from 8AM-5PM.
- The Tang Center offers a variety of health and wellness services that you can take advantage of as a EWMBA student. Visit their website for more information.

Final C/O 2018 Bear Necessities
- This will be the last special edition of Bear Necessities for the Class of 2018. Starting next week you will be receiving the issue that is sent to all EWMBA students.

Student Directory Photo
- Don't be a faceless name! Upload an appropriate head shot into the Student Directory ASAP.
- Your photo is used for your class rosters and how professors learn your name (and credit participation points)!
- Upload your photo no later than Aug 14 to be included in our annual EWMBA Photobook Directory.
