2015 Recruitment Shirts Available

From Gamma Xi Chapter of Alpha Phi

Last year, we had many requests from alumnae about wanting some of the recruitment shirts. Therefore, this year we are opening up orders to the Alumnae chapter. 

Ordering

Below is a link to the order form. SHORT TIME FRAME!!!! Orders MUST be in by Wednesday, August 5. The order form is pretty self-explanatory - just check the boxes for the size on each shirt you want!

Payment

Payment is only by check. No cash or credit card options. Make checks payable to Wichita State Alpha Phi and place your check in the mail the day you order them (or the next day's mail). Address to mail the checks is:

Addressing note: The #40 next to the street address is VITAL....if that isn't there, the envelope will be delivered to the wrong sorority house! The postal carrier doesn't look at the addressee, only the address, and since all the sorority houses on Omega Court have the same address, the "house" number (#40) is the only thing that distinguishes it. Without a number, it is delivered to the first house on the block regardless of who the addressee is.

Cancellation

If you order, you are responsible for payment on your order. If you change your mind, order cancellations must be emailed to ashleyblanton@cox.net PRIOR TO AUGUST 5 or the money will be due to Gamma Xi chapter.

Pick Up

If you volunteer during recruitment you can pick up your shirt(s) at that time. Otherwise, the shirts will be available for pickup at the Gamma Xi chapter house after recruitment. If you live out of town or are for some other reason not able to pick up your order yourself, PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR SOMEONE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER. Gamma Xi Chapter will not be mailing these to you.
