Amazing August Happenings!
Friends: August is shaping up to be exciting for the JJ5. The big news is that we’ll be opening the Gloucester Blues Festival on Saturday the 8th at 11:00AM. Stage Fort Park is a beautiful venue, and the lineup is terrific. And on the 4th we’ll be doing a warmup as the “Juke Joint 3â€â€”Gretchen, Dick, and Steve will be hosting the Tuesday Night All-Stars, filling in for Ed Scheer at the Corrib Pub in Brighton, MA. And through the month we’ll be doing some other gigs in (we hope) air-conditioned clubs. So please come on out and help us be the hottest coolest band in town.
