Regional Exchange Events Coming Soon

Early Deadline Is Tuesday, August 11

There is one more week for you and your ministry team to get the best price on our upcoming Exchange events. These special regional training events are designed to provide you with new resources and equip you for a new year of missions and ministry.

Who should attend? If you teach Bible studies, lead mission projects, plan events or want to learn more about connecting women to Christ and to His church, this is for you.

Five regional events are scheduled on Tuesday evenings beginning August 18. They include Oklahoma City, Ardmore, Okmulgee, Broken Arrow and Elk City. Pick the one closest to you and bring your friends. The cost is $25 per person and includes all your resources and a light dinner. If you plan to attend the Oklahoma City event at Emmaus Baptist Church, August 11 is the final day to register. Other events will remain open one week prior to the event, but the cost will be increased to $35 per person.

Dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. at each location and the event will end at 9 p.m. Early bird seminars are offered at 4:30 p.m. For a complete schedule and online registration, visit our website here. This is the event where we give you all the information about new products, Bible studies and planning guides for 2015-16. In addition, everyone will receive a copy of our new resource/calendar planner you can use with your ministry team. Everyone who attends the early bird seminar will receive an additional bonus resource!

We know how much you love ideas! This year, you'll have time to experience and take home 10 mission projects you can use throughout the year. These are hands-on mission ideas we are calling "make and takes" as well as "show and tell" ideas you can capture on your camera. We are guessing this will be a favorite for all attendees.

Do you realize Oklahoma universities are home to nearly 9,000 international students? We have the opportunity to share the Gospel with them in our state and you can participate by donating WalMart gift cards or cash that will be used for international student ministry at our Baptist Collegiate Ministries.
