It's been an amazing week for Beginner's cycling!
As you can see below, we have some new certificate-holders: Zak, Mark, Marcus & Kieth - Well done guys!!
Below are some pictures of one of our balancing exercises in Bikeability - you can see Alo, our Self-confidence facilitator at the front, trying her hand at balancing through the cones!
And finally, here we have some pictures of Keith in action! Our newest cycling instructor leading some one-to-one instruction, and he was brilliant!
Our Creative Writing group enjoyed the sunshine last week! When it's nice, Christine leads her session a little bit closer to nature, so come along on the next sunny Tuesday!
