Is it August already? Time passes strangely in the wood...must be the high concentration of wizards.

       Trollwood elders recently decided that vampires, ghosts and zombies qualify as fantasy. Undead have a hallowed place in fantasy from the Dead Men of Dunharrow to the White Walkers of Westeros (not sure hallowed is the right word here...). How dark are things going to get? Not sure, but if it's good enough for Tolkien, it's good enough for us. More fantasy-style undeath on the way...

       Finally our Cave Trolls recently found a loudmouth goblin skulking around the trove. He's agreed to write film reviews in return for off-cuts. Read his review of Outlander (2008) here.
