Dear Colleagues,
Are you keen to help your teams and faculty see who is talking about their research, and what they're saying? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic group of talented ambassadors to help us spread the word on the many benefits of altmetrics!
As an Altmetric Ambassador we'd encourage you to:
- Show colleagues how to explore the altmetrics surrounding their own research using the Altmetric Bookmarklet
- Host altmetrics presentations or workshops (we'll provide coffee and donuts!)
- Add the free Altmetric badges to your online CV
- Regularly check in with all of the latest altmetrics news and research
To help you along the way we'll send you a goody bag full of Altmetric swag, provide a starter kit complete with out-of-the box presentations, stickers and posters, and give you a swanky Altmetric Ambassador badge to add to your website or personal profile.
Best of all, you'll get sneak peeks of upcoming Altmetric developments, have the opportunity to interact with like-minded peers, and it'll all look great on your CV!
