WHAT'S NEW
  • On Friday, June 5, 2015, Hilary delivered a full-day workshop on “Coaching in the ADR Context” at The ADR Institute of Manitoba’s 2015 Annual General Meeting. 
  • Hilary delivered a webinar on “Identifying, Assessing and Managing Safety Risks for Private Mediators, Arbitrators, and Clients” for the APFM on June 10, 2015.   
  • With another course season quickly approaching (beginning September 2015), we have (so far) trained over 100 professionals in 2015 alone! 
  • Just announced: Beginning January 2016, we will be offering a 4-Part Workshop series, recommended to all FDR professionals: (1) What Every Mediator Needs to Know About Mobility Disputes, (2) How to Mediate or Negotiate Marriage Contracts, (3) Culture, Gender and Family Dispute Resolution, and (4) Brain Science and What FDR Professionals Need to Know.  Stay tuned for further details and confirmed dates!

  • Hilary will deliver a workshop on Friday, October 2, at the 2015 Catalyst Conference in New York. 
  • Hilary will be delivering a two-day workshop on Advanced Family Mediation at the 2015 FMC Conference, which will be held on November 13-14, 2015 in Vancouver. 
  • In addition to delivering a three-day intensive ADR course at Western Law School Law in November 2015, Hilary and Elizabeth will also be delivering a course on Dispute Resolution during the winter term.

The Family Dispute Resolution Institution of Ontario (FDRIO) is looking for volunteers to get involved in Ontario's first Family Dispute Resolution Week (Nov. 23-27), a province-wide series of events for the public and professionals about FDR.
