Call for Volunteers,

The GHIMA Board of Directors requests assistance from volunteers for half-day and full-day commitments during the September 2015 GHIMA Annual Meeting and Exhibit in Jekyll Island. If you have an interest please reply by email before 7/31/15 to the GHIMA Central Office with the following information:

Availability to Volunteer: 

Assignments will be:  Room monitors for education tracks, introduce speakers, door prize giveaways, monitor badges for admittance to major events (receptions, luncheon), registration desk.

Volunteer assignments will be finalized on August 1^st and two webinars will be scheduled the last week of August to provide orientation and final assignments. Volunteers are not reimbursed for expenses, do not receive registration discounts or may not sit in educational sessions unless assigned to work the session. If you do register for any education please do not volunteer for dates/times that may conflict with sessions you wish to attend.

Volunteers will receive recognition from the GHIMA Board and opportunities to receive free webinar education after fulfilling volunteer assignments during the annual meeting.
