It is said that the Transcendental Meditation ® (TM) technique allows one’s mind to easily settle inward, through quieter levels of thought, until the most silent and peaceful level of self-awareness is experienced — pure consciousness. In this state, one can achieve perfect stillness, rest, stability, order, and a complete absence of mental boundaries. If deep within, we all have a very settled silent level of the mind, can we empower our inner compass to align our lives with our true north?
