The 500ft View
Every day, thousands of drones join the skies, giving everyone from pilots to events organizers to homeowners a new hazard to worry about. Drone detection systems are emerging to provide monitoring of airborne drones.
So far, systems seem to be built mainly on audio, thermal, radar or RF scanning. However the best way to sense drones remains is unclear. How effective are these methods? What’s their range and accuracy? What will emerge as the Iron Dome defense system for drones? What do you do once a drone is detected?
We want to know where this could go. Do you, our readers, have experiences or needs here? If that’s you, we’d love to chat. Send us an email at hello@thebuzzer.co.
