Can you believe it is almost fall?! Our son, Attison, will start back to school on Monday and (don't tell him) we are excited to have him out of the house for several hours each day. I am loving seeing all of your facebook and instagram posts with your kids and grand kids heading back to school. You can look for ours on Monday.
Since we are almost 3 quarters through the year, I figured I would do a year to date update for you with both home and condo sales here on the coast.

The entertainment complex formerly known as "Blue Collar Country" is under new ownership and will be receiving a new name. The Poarch Creek Indianas have purchased the $200M complex and have big changes in mind that will include a theme park, water park, sports fields, hotels and dining. The new owners have not yet released the new name, but said they have some great ideas!

Vista del Mar Returns to Perdido Key

On Thursday of this week, Texas developer Curt Boisfontaine will break ground on the brand new Vista del Mar condo in Perdido Key. The original Vista was destroyed by hurricane Ivan in 2004 and a series of hurdles, including hurricanes, the bubble burst, and the oil spill have delayed the complex...until now!
