April to June 2015 Claim Period is Due by September 30, 2015

OTS would like to remind all registered Collectors that the deadline for submitting Collection Allowance Claims for the April to June 2015 period is due before Wednesday September 30 at 11:59 pm. Claims must be submitted by then to be processed for payment. Collectors who have not finalized their claim, please log into your account at www.RethinkTires.ca. Enter any outstanding forms for this claim period and submit. Any incomplete claims will not be processed for payment.

Please note that the mobile device the Hauler uses to pick up your tires does NOT submit your claim automatically. All Collectors must log on to www.RethinkTires.ca to submit their claim for their business.

Any claims for the April to June 2015 reporting period submitted after September 30, 2015, will be processed at a nil payment.

Next Claim Period of July to September 2015 is Due by December 31, 2015

Collectors will be able to submit the Collection Allowance Claim for the July to Sept 2015 filing period starting October 1, 2015. All claims for this period must be received by OTS no later than December 31st, 2015 at 11:59pm to eligible for a CA incentive.
