County Wide Food Drive-Saturday, October 10th
As part of the Access of West Michigan County Wide Food Drive, Senior Meals on Wheels will be hosting a city wide food drive in Grandville. If you are interested in helping out please contact tmaguffee@seniormealsonwheels.org or bring donated items to our office (see address below).
***Suggested Donated Items: Canned meats, canned fruit, cereal, soup, pasta & sauces (no glass or plastic) toothpaste/brushes, soap/ shampoo, and toilet paper

Volunteers of the Month: August 2015

Congratulations to Frank Ringewood and Duane Terpestra for being selected as the volunteers of the month for August 2015!

I VOLUNTEER BECAUSE... "we fill a need in our community and enjoy serving others." Frank and Duane, a brother-in-law team, are volunteer delivery drivers for our Byron Center routes. Frank is usually the designated driver, while Duane takes the "jumper" position, hand delivering the meals to our clients. They don’t just deliver meals, they brighten up our client's day with their visits and encouragement.
