How was summer?
As I write this, the rain is thundering against my window. 'Good old Blighty!' I say to myself, a wry smile on my face. Only yesterday the sun was blazing down upon us and now I'm wrapped up in warm clothes. Lol, the English summertime is so premenstrual!
But I love it really. Summertime is my opportunity to chance catch up with friends and family but to ultimately spend some quality time with my two teenage boys. Watching them grow into such fine gentleman is heartwarming and I am so very proud of them. However, they can eat. I'm seriously thinking of taking shares in cereal and bread!
Food for thought...

Classes resume this September!
It's time to don the lycra and dust off the yoga mats. It's time to get your bend on! Classes resume next week - come rain or shine. I'll be focusing on your strength and range of motion so start taking your cod liver oil capsules now.
