Prescription Drug Take Back


Do you have unused medication lying around your house? The St. Peters Police Department is participating in the National Rx Take Back event on Saturday, Sept. 26. You can bring your unneeded prescription drugs to the St. Peters Justice Center at 1020 Grand Teton Drive for safe disposal anytime between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. that day. By using this service, you eliminate the possibility of the drugs harming someone or getting into the wrong hands. Police cannot accept any medications before or after the event, so be sure to drop off your drugs between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Click here to learn more …

Take part in National Night Out by setting up a block party with the St. Peters Police Department on the evening of Tuesday, Oct. 6. Bark For The Park Dog Parade & Show

Bring your pooch out to the second annual “Bark for the Park” Dog Parade and Show on Sunday, Sept. 28, at 370 Lakeside Park. The fun begins at 1 p.m., with proceeds helping to build St. Peters Rotary Club Dog Park at 370 Lakeside Park. For $20, dog lovers can participate in the Dog Parade and receive an event T-shirt. St. Peters Urban County Home Improvement Loan Program

Applications are still available on a first-come, first-accepted basis and will remain available until all openings are filled for the St. Peters Urban County Home Improvement Loan Program that provides funding for low-income homeowners with home rehabilitation projects. Eligible applicants can receive up to $5,000 through a no-interest, 5-year forgivable loan.  Click here to see if you qualify or to learn more about the program.

The City of St. Peters uses this service to send information about public safety emergencies, changes in service due to weather emergencies, last-minute event postponements, Amber alerts and other urgent news—not routine announcements.
