Hello again from BiPhoria: it's less than a fortnight to Manchester Pride now, will you be joining us on the parade?
Manchester's Big Weekend
BiPhoria is once again organising a group to put the B into Manchester's LGBT Pride and we would love you to march with us for the day on Saturday August 29th. We will be assembling at the Roman Fort in Castlefield around 11.30am: look for the big BiPhoria banner and people in purple bi teeshirts.

Later in the year there are Pride events in
Bolton, Preston and
Chester - if you'd like to help put the pink, purple and blue into those Prides

Post-Pride Get Together
Right after Pride on Tuesday 1st is our monthly
BiPhoria "talky space" meeting at the LGBT Foundation, 5 Richmond Street, M1 3HF. 7.30pm start for new members. This will be
21 years to the day since the first BiPhoria meeting!
A Bisexual Generation?
Did you see the YouGov research this week that said nearly 1 in 2 young people described themselves as neither straight nor gay?

Last weekend was the annual big bi gathering
BiCon - biggest UK BiCon yet at just over 420 people - some of them pictured above. Next summer it comes to
Preston so watch this space for news of that - glad to have it back in the North West for the first time since Manchester 2004.
Let's Make Something Happen
In September it'll be
Bi Visibility Day (on the 23rd) and we want to do something to mark the date: we'd welcome ideas and volunteers! Drop me a line...
