DAG's 411 season start up:
Safety:
  • We are so happy to have a drop off lane!  To ensure safety and keep traffic moving, we have set the following procedures. Parents, please be advised that DanceArts Greenville cannot supervise students under the porch or in the parking lot.
  • Drop off:
    • Student can be dropped off in the circle drive.
    • Drivers with younger students will need to park and walk their child into the building and to the designated studio.
    • Please DO NOT PARK AND IDLE in the drop-off lane
  • Pick-up:
    • We ask that ALL parents park and walk into the building to pick up their child.
    • Children in the advanced level may walk out to meet their ride in the parking lot.
    • Please DO NOT PARK AND IDLE in the drop-off lane at any time.
Absences/Make-up Classes:
  • missmyclass@danceartsgreenville.com. Please use this email to communicate absences and to schedule a make-up class.
  • If your child has an appointment or school function etc. and you know in advance that they will miss class send an email to the address above and the DAG office staff will schedule your make up class via email.
  • If your child is sick and you do not have the opportunity to email the absence in advance no problem. Send an email to missmyclass@danceartsgreenville.com and we will work with you to schedule a make up class that fits your schedule.
Payments:
  • First Installment is due September 1st, 2015 and is considered late September 10th.
  • Checks can be written to: DanceArts Greenville. You can drop off the check in our secured drop-box located under our office window.
  • We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
  • You may elect to use our DAG auto-draft form.  You can download the form from our website and return to our office.

Dressing Rooms:
  • We are thrilled to have three dressing room areas. Students must bring their dance bags into the studio and place into the designated cubbies to maximize space in the dressing rooms.
    • Teenage Dressing room will be for Advanced Coral, Gold and Plum Ballet levels and/or DAYCO Junior/Senior.
    • Boys Dressing Room
    • Girls Dressing Room for all other levels and classes.
Communication:
  • We use Mail Chimp to send out weekly E- newsletters as our main communication.
  • We will also place the weekly E-newsletter on our website www.danceartsgreenville.com under NEWS, by Monday evening of each week title by date.
  • You can also follow us on FACEBOOK.
  • Please check your spam or your junk mail setting on your computer.

Our DAG Logo wear is back, and with an easy way to purchase online. Our site will be up and running soon. We will have samples at the studio.
