Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) is currently reviewing one of our most popular publications, Safe Food Australia. This review aims to address current food safety issues and trends and ensure that it remains a useful guide on the three mandatory food safety standards. Find out about the review here.

FSANZ monitors nutrients in the Australian food supply to not only inform standards development but also to compile nutrient databases. These databases are used for research on diet and disease and to help consumers make informed food choices.  Find out more here.

FSANZ produces a number of user guides to help businesses and the public understand the Food Standards Code. Check them out here.
