Developing a Mini Marketing Plan

Overview:

If your organisation is looking to develop an outcome focused marketing plan for the next 12 months, then this workshop is for you!

The workshop will provide tools to help you understand your stakeholders and develop appropriate branding, messages and result-focused marketing strategies. This workshop is ideally suited to staff/volunteers who are responsible for developing and delivering strategy for your organisation.

Overview:

If your organisation is looking to raise awareness, encourage engagement, manage reputation and most importantly gain new supporters / donors / volunteers, then this workshop is for you!

This session is suitable for organisations with some understanding of social media and or E-Marketing but would like to gain a more advanced level of knowledge and improve their skills.

Trustee Liabilities - Reducing the Risks

Overview:

It is important that people who give their time to run charities and similar organisations understand the nature of this responsibility and the liabilities and risks involved with this type of role.  
 
This workshop is ideal for both new and experienced Trustees.  It will enable you to become aware of the duties and responsibilities that will help you carry out your role in a way that not only serves your charity well, but also gives you confidence that you will be complying with key requirements of the law.
