Children ages 5-7 are invited to learn these beautiful old world instruments in a supportive group setting. Experienced teachers of the young learner use catchy Renaissance tunes, familiar folk songs and games to introduce the recorder and the viola da gamba.
Open to advanced high school students and adults, we will explore the wealth of music for clarinet ensembles. Hone your intonation and sight-reading skills while working with clarinetists of varying backgrounds and experience in an intimate chamber music setting.
Parents/ caregivers with one, two, or three children, ages one through four, may attend one music class together, getting the benefits of singing, instrument exploration, movement, socialization, and more. Come enjoy Family Music time as we explore different instruments, learn new songs and poetry, move and dance, and try out new activities.
