I've been juggling business and life over the summer holidays and can't believe it's almost back to school time again... In the studio we've been putting the finishing touches to our new Autumn/Winter range, whilst in the shop we've been welcoming lots of visitors (and many familiar faces too). We're also recruiting, so read on if you'd love to join our friendly team!

But right now I'm looking forward to a late summer getaway with the family - sailing off on the Scillonian for a camping trip on the beautiful Isles of Scilly. We're staying at the wonderfully-named Troytown Farm on St Agnes, which overlooks the Atlantic AND makes its own Cornish ice cream and clotted cream! What more could you ask for?

Back to school?

If you're busy getting ready for the new school term (or just back to work after a lovely summer break) we've got new pencil cases, useful purses and notebooks on the website now; with a sneak preview of our new printed fabrics - Cornish Chough and Muddy Paws - before the full range launches in the September issue.

Lucky charms

Justin and his team have been beavering away in their studio down the road, making more charm necklaces for us - after the first delivery flew off the shelves like the proverbial hotcakes. So if you missed out last time, our solid silver charm necklaces are now back in stock...

We're looking for a Saturday sales assistant to work in our St Ives shop starting at the end of September.

This is a permanent part-time position covering Saturdays, one Sunday a month, and staff leave. There'll also be a few evening shifts during the summer months. We're a happy team with a passion for the things we design and make. If you're a friendly, flexible person with a love of textiles and an eye for detail then we’d love to hear from you.
