Enrollment Paperwork is Due!
Please make sure you've turned in your child's immunization record, hearing/vision screening (if 4 years), and statement of health. If you have an appointment scheduled, please email Kaleigh and let her know when to expect your paperwork.

What to Bring
- Ziplock labeled with your child's name with an extra set of clothing in case of accidents (include extra shoes and socks!). Lupine Lane is always advocating environmentally friendly options, so if you'd like to send a wet/dry bag please label it with your child's name!
- Backpack or school bag for carrying items to and from school
- Healthy Lunch (if your child is not eating Lupine Lunches)
- Nap roll, pillow, blanket, lovey if your child will be napping at school (optional since each child will have a standard nap mat in their classroom)
- Rain boots or other water friendly footwear to leave at school for rainy day use (optional)
Help Us Help You!
As we start back to school it's important that all of your child's belongings are clearly labeled with his or her name so that we can get everything returned to it's rightful owner at the end of the day. Wondering the quickest, easiest way to do that? Check out Oliver's Labels using the address: www.oliverslabels.com/lupine and Lupine Lane will receive 20% of your purchase! This will be put towards our playground projects as we revamp our play space for the kiddos! We have a vision of more playhouses, more moveable parts, and maybe even a bike track one day in the future!
Clothing Donations
If you have gently used clothing items that no longer fit your child, we always accept clothing donations to use in the event of accidents when a child doesn't have spare clothing. We are also going to begin a collection of school rain boots, so if, at the beginning of the rainy season, you find your child has outgrown his or her boots, we'd appreciate it so much if you'd send them our way! Our goal is to have a pair of "school boots" for every student so that muddy days don't get in the way of our play! First Tuition Payment
On October 1, the first tuition payment since registration will be automatically drafted from the card you used to enroll your child. This will be a recurring payment on the first of each month until May 1. If you would like to change the card that you have on file, please talk with Kaleigh. As per our family handbook, if a payment is not made within 5 business days of the 1st of the month, a $50 late fee will be assessed.
Parking
Please park either in Lupine Lane's parking lot or the Welcome Center parking lot directly across the way. Please exercise caution when crossing the road, as occasionally there are cars coming through. This is a great opportunity to remind your child to always look both ways before crossing a street!
Pick Up
For safety and convenience, please wait in the front lobby when you arrive to pick up your child. A staff member will let the teachers know you're here and one of them will walk your child to meet you. For the safety of all children, we ask that they walk with an adult so that we can ensure that they are released into your care. Once your child is released to you they are in your care, so please be mindful of their whereabouts as we work to quickly and safely release all students to their parents/caregivers. If you have a babysitter, friend, or grandparent picking up for the first time, please inform Kaleigh or Donna of their name and phone number in writing (the best way is email), prior to pick up time. If a member of our staff does not recognize the person picking up, we will ask to see a photo ID to verify that they authorized for pick up. We appreciate your help with this, as keeping your child safe is our number one priority!
Late Pick Up
If you know that you're running a few minutes behind, please call 512-900-1090 to let us know. During pick up time, the phone may not be our top priority, but we'll receive your message, which we will pass along to your child's teacher and to your child so they do not worry. If you are more than 10 minutes late your child will be sent to after care. You will then be charged at the drop-in rate of $20/hour.
