We are so very happy to announce that Yoga Grove has found a new location for the fall that is very close by! As of September, Yoga Grove's new home will be the main level of Talk Touch Move, an integrated wellness centre located at 357/359 Jane Street, just south of Annette.

It is an intimate, serene and beautiful space that includes a yoga room with abundant space for our small classes, as well as change rooms, a washroom, and a reception area - all exclusive to Yoga Grove.

Leslie will be teaching many of her previous classes, and we will have some new teachers, hand-picked by Leslie herself, to add a wider variety of classes and more class times - in particular more evening classes and classes on the weekend. We are close to finalizing our fall schedule and will announce that very soon!

Classes will begin at Yoga Grove's new location on Monday, September 14th - but we'd like to invite you to come by the studio and celebrate our new location on Saturday, September 12th. Details to follow soon!

(Note that there is free parking on Jane Street and surrounding neighbourhood streets).
We would love to have you join us to celebrate our Grand Opening in our new location!

On Saturday, September 12th, come see the new space, meet our new teachers and some of the practitioners in the wider TTM community, and re-connect with Leslie and the Yoga Grove community in celebration of this new and exciting time for Yoga Grove.

We will have complimentary wine and food as well as special promotions and give-aways on yoga classes and services, so be sure to mark your calendars and plan to come - in fact, spread the word and bring your family and friends!

Please mark your calendars and plan to join us! Exact time of the celebration is still to be determined - we will be sure to keep you posted.
Insurance can then cover yoga at Yoga Grove
Yoga Grove is delighted to now offer supervised yoga-based physiotherapy!

While hands-on physiotherapy is ideal for severe, acute conditions, yoga-based physiotherapy is ideal for those suffering from chronic or less severe conditions—or for those seeking to prevent future injury.

With yoga-based physiotherapy, our physiotherapist prescribes a personalized set of therapeutic yoga to be executed by the patient under the supervision of a yoga instructor either in private sessions or in small groups with the same therapeutic needs. The physiotherapist monitors the patient’s progress at regular intervals and adjusts the patient’s yoga programme according to the progress that’s been made.

Click here for more information, or to make an appointment for an initial assessment with Will Guan, our physiotherapist, please call 647-713-2887 or contact the studio.

We have two more days in August where Leslie will be teaching multiple classes. This time, instead of organizing them as semi-privates, we will offer them as drop-in classes and simply charge the drop in rate, at 23 Wendover Road.

These are the classes offered on Monday, August 24th and Monday August 31st:

9:30am Ashtanga
11am Flow
1pm Restorative
7pm Ashtanga
8:30pm Restorative

Please reserve your spot in advance to ensure there's space.
Talking, touching and moving are the simple and essential ways that we share our inner realities with those around us.  The pathways to our growth and our healing, they can also be the routes that lead us out of struggle to find our place in the world with resilience and vitality.

At talk/touch/move, we embrace our clients as whole human beings with the same warmth and generosity of spirit with which we embrace each other.  Our community of clinicians and practitioners offer an interweaving of services including individual psychotherapy, somatic psychotherapy, marriage, child & family, play and creative arts therapy, addictions and pastoral counseling, as well as yoga and yoga therapy, nutritional counseling, naturopathic medicine, parent education, osteopathy and massage therapy.

Come and find a safe place in our circle.
We are so excited to welcome Jessica to Yoga Grove! She is one of several new instructors we will be introducing to you over the next couple of weeks.

She is known for her calm and competent teaching style and is skilled at creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for people to explore various healing practices.

Jessica will be teaching gentle hatha yoga, yin/restorative yoga, teen yoga and 'managing stress and anxiety with yoga' classes.
