Greg Gerla

Greg is a commercial and fine art photographer operating a studio in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He also holds an instructor position within the Photography Department of the Alberta College of Art and Design. Greg graduated from the Alberta College of Art & Design in 1990.

Greg's work evokes a strong mood with attention to craft and style. Represented by several stock agencies, his work has been published world-wide.

Greg has had several exhibitions of his fine art work locally, and abroad. His most recent show is the Group Faculty Show at the Illingworth Kerr Gallery at the Alberta College of Art + Design. Greg served on the National Board of CAPIC (Canadian Association of Professional Image Creators) from 2002-2005. He served as president of the Prairie Chapter of CAPIC from 2004-2007, and remains on the Board today. Greg is also on the board for the Exposure: Banff Calgary Canmore Photography Festival, which takes place every February.

Greg gets around. He recently photographed his road trip to Los Angeles, and across the historic Route 66. He’s photographed a fashion project in Jamaica. He also spent time shooting in Moscow, Russia.  Greg continues to be inspired by what’s outside his door, or across the oceans…

David Leech

David is a seventh generation photographer, with an eye for the abstract. David's images are conceptual, experimental, improvisational, impressionistic.

Fundamental graphics, colours, patterns, textures, shapes, reflections without contextual expectations. Visual interpretations, lacking imposed reference points, allow viewers to engage their own imaginations.

Cameras simply record light, images, evidence: point and shoot. Exposure breaths life, energy, vividness, saturation. What is that? Which way is up? Where is the horizon? Is that blue real? That red? Which planet is that from?

I make no pretense about reproducing reality, but instead focus on discovering colourful beauty hidden in the material beast.

Auckland Jazz Festival

Andrew Miller

Andrew is exhibited at Inglewood Fine Arts in Calgary, has taken part in Calgary Artwalk with his mixed media work and the Exposure Photography Festival for his photography. He has work in private collections, mainly across western Canada.

I endeavor to show people the world the way they’ve never seen it before by using different perspectives and media. Most of my work is rooted in the abstract but with real connect to the world we live in. I divide my work into series based around a common concept, idea or theme which can cross from one media to another.
