Welcome back to ballet!

Our Back To Ballet Event was a huge success! Thank you to all of the dancers who attended our trial classes - it was wonderful to see both new and returning students. This week was our first full week of classes, but it's not too late to register. Give us a call today to sign up!

We truly appreciate every dance family that enters our studio. It is our mission to inspire a lifelong love of music and dance in each student, while providing the highest quality ballet instruction. Thank you for being part of our dance family!

NEW Teen/Adult Classes For Fall

We are excited to announce a FREE cultural enrichment class - Traditional Rwandan Dance - starting on Friday, September 11th. Classes meet at Salish Sea Ballet on Fridays from 5:00-6:00pm.

Rwandan dance is a traditional storytelling art form used to explore themes such as war and victory, courtship, and games. It is one of the aspects of Rwandan culture that visitors and tourists are fascinated by due to its originality and complexity. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to learn from Rwandan native, and Spring Street International School student, Michaella Ibambasi!

Optional donations will be collected and all proceeds go to Spring Street International School's Rwanda Scholars Program.

Check out our new adult ballet offerings, starting September 4th:

Floor Barre: Fridays, 11:30am-12:30pm
Ballet barre-inspired exercises performed on the floor to encourage proper body alignment and efficiency of movement. Both dancers and non-dancers will benefit from these strengthening and toning exercises. Please bring your yoga mat to class.

Ballet For Seniors: Fridays, 12:30pm-1:30pm
Classical ballet barre and center work gently geared toward building flexibility, strength, and balance for "silver swans" (ages 55+).

These 60 minute classes are $15/drop-in or $65 for a 5 class card.
