Introducing EDCF Mobility

Every Thursday evening from 6:30-7:00 PM

Are you looking to...

- improve strength, power, speed, and agility?

- gain better movement, stronger lifts, and more skill?

- relieve soreness after a tough workout?

- relieve nagging pains from a current/old injury and help prevent further injury?

THEN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS FREE CLASS!!!

Learn how to take care of your body and prepare it for the stress placed on it during workouts and your normal day. EDCF Mobility will teach you how to use certain tools (i.e. foam roller, lacrosse ball, strength band, voodoo band, etc.) to improve the movement of your body so that you can increase your athletic potential, decrease injury and feel better day to day. Even if you mobilize frequently there are areas of the body that are commonly missed, and avoiding them may be the missing link to gaining that position you’ve been working on for months.

EDCF Mobility is designed to help you discover new areas to mobilize, to make sure you’re doing it correctly, help answer any questions you have along the way, and educate you on fun/nerdy facts about your body.  

RJ, a local Airrosti certified recovery specialist and new EDCF athlete, will be leading the class! The class structure is based on our weekly programming, new ideas, and athlete requests. All you have to do is come to the class, keeping in mind areas of your body or positions (e.g. front squat, press, OH squat...) that you personally want to work on so you can reach your goals. Can’t think of anything specific? Don’t worry, just show up and you will start to get to know your body and learn what needs TLC.

*We are trying out the 6:30pm time slot and are open to moving it around based on need!
