The past two months have been an incredible time of serving, and loving the Cambodian people. We had the privilege of spending eight weeks in Cambodia, and traveling within the nation--serving alongside various ministries and pioneers. We got to teach close to 200hrs of english collectivly throughout the trip. From small children to a local Monk university - we taught them all. We had the opportunity to pray over children, the sick, the orphan and the broken hearted and share the love of Christ in such a real and tangible way. We were so blessed to see the glory of God throughout the trip in multiple ways, and feel incredibly privileged to have gone over to Cambodia and represent Jesus to the nation. KOREAN DTS
This last month has been a very important one! After hearing lectures on the cross, we could once again realize how much God loves us. We had a "Night of the Cross" in which we each responded to that love and laid down what we loved more than God. We learned that God is not someone who takes what we have but someone who fills us with the best. Last week we learned Bible Overview - looking at the big picture of the Bible and observing in detail some of the main events, realizing how amazing God is.
We also went on a picnic to Hanauma Bay and Waimanalo Beach. We really became a family in the last month. On September 11 we will send out two teams to Asia. Please continue to pray for us!
Chronological School of Biblical Studies
Our outreach team returned August 27 with great reports about what God is doing in Asia! They were able to teach the Bible in a country well know for it's lack of religious freedom. We're excited to see what God is going to do in the next 9 months. It's not too late to sign up for our next school starting Sept. 20.
