Website: www.wzcc.net   1st September 2015 Dear Members, Notice of Election of Directors of WZCC India Region The 12th Annual General Meeting of WZCC India Region is called on Saturday, 19th September 2015 at 5.45 pm at West End Hotel, 45, New Marine Lines, Mumbai-400 020. As per the Agenda already circulated to the members, the election of Directors will be held at that AGM. We wish to inform you that the present Directors, Mr. Cyrus Bagwadia & Mr. Zeree Jehangirji’s term will end at the ensuing AGM. Therefore they are not eligible for re-election. The following present Director, Mr. Adi Siganporia will remain on the Board as his 2nd consecutive term will be completed in September, 2016. The other present Directors, Capt. Percy Master, Mr. Farrokh Rustomji, Mr Tehmasp Bharucha & Ms Maharukh Bharucha were elected at the AGM held on 27.9.2014 and their term will be upto the AGM in 2017. For the effective working of the WZCC India Chamber it is necessary to appoint new Directors who will take an active interest in the affairs of the Chamber and help in promoting its objects.
