HOME SALES IN THE REGION REMAIN STRONG
The month of August had a decrease in home sales compared to the same month last year, however, sales were still above the 5 year average. It is clear that the real estate sector shows long-term strength and stability.

- Overall Residential average price UP 6.6% to $347,057
- 284 Detached homes sales DOWN 2.1%
- Average Detached homes price UP 6.2% to $401,533
- 107 Condos sales DOWN 0.9%
- Average Condo price UP 7.7% to $241,508
- 29 Freehold Townhomes sales DOWN 17.1%
- Average Freehold Townhome price UP 2.9% to $300,546
- 35 Semi Detached sales UP 2.9%
