MTN Cousins 2015 is here!

We want to invite you to the 5th Annual COUSINS IN CLAY at Kline Pottery in Bakersville, NC! On Saturday Sept 5th and Sunday Sept 6th, Michael Kline and Seagrove potters, Bruce Gholson and Samantha Henneke, of Bulldog Pottery, will host Justin and Brooke Rothshank, their pottery kin from Goshen, Indiana for an art pottery, painting, and jewelry show and sale open to the public.
Come meet the "Cousins in Clay" who are coming to the NC mountains for a family reunion of the pottery sort! This two day event will be a wonderful opportunity to meet four potters who share a kinship in their appreciation of ceramics and art pottery.
We have a very special show in the pottery showroom this year. Brooke Rothshank will be showing her beautiful miniature painting and drawings and Stacey Lane will have brand new jewelry designs! Don't miss this show and while you are there in the showroom, take a look around and tour the pottery studio.
Kline Pottery is located just minutes away from the world famous Penland School of Crafts, and in a community of nearly 300 craft artists and their studios.

FESTIVITIES
On Saturday we will be serving our own wood fired pizza and plenty of cold beverages.
On Sunday, there will be a pot-luck luncheon at 12noon. All are welcome to bring a dish to share and sit under the ancient oak trees for a luncheon with the potters.
After lunch on Sunday, Justin will demonstrate his pottery technique for the general public. No charge for the 1 hour workshop.
Plenty of free parking
Come out for the day or spend the weekend in the cool breezy mountains of Bakersville, North Carolina and immerse yourself in the abundance of the internationally known crafts community near the Penland School of Crafts. We would love to show you what we've made for you and your home.
