Schmidt Wimbledon Charity Ball, Raising Money in Style for STEM4.
After the success of last year's event, raising over £21,000 for STEM4 Schmidt Kitchen's Charity Ball is back and this year will be bigger and better than ever!
Held at the stunning surroundings of the Richmond Golf Club they want to wow guests and raise even more money for this great local charity. Join them on the 10th October, World Mental Health Day, for a sparkling reception in the beautiful Cube Room. From there take in the views as you make your way down to the marquee where you will be served a delicious 3 course meal with wine.
You will be kept entertained throughout the evening with comedy and music and most importantly raising money through silent and live auctions.

Paul Strank Roofing Charity Gala 2015
On Saturday 12thSeptember 2015, London’s favourite Roofing Company, Paul Strank Roofing, is once again hosting their annual black-tie fundraiser in association with AFC Wimbledon.
From 7pm – 12am at The Bank of England Sports Centre in Priory Lane, Roehampton, in aid of Two Local Children’s Charities; Shooting Star CHASE and OneLife UK.
Guests will enjoy a champagne reception, a delicious 4 course meal accompanied by speeches from both the wonderful charities as well as the Leader of Merton Council; Cllr Stephen Alambritis.
The night will be hosted by Christopher Biggins and will include Live Entertainment throughout!

health and wellbeing of your staff in achievable, cost-effective ways.
Merton Chamber has appointed a dedicated Healthy Workplace Consultant, Nicola Davenport, who can support you in developing a healthier workplace. Support will include signposting employers to a special network we are building of local, healthy lifestyle services, as well as workshops, research and assistance in improving your team’s wellbeing and your company’s performance.

 Love Wimbledon’s Autumn Arts festival is taking place over three weekends in September, on the 12th & 13th, 19th & 20th and 26th & 27th.
Supporting Merton Arts Trail and Wimbledon Bookfest, it celebrates the great arts culture that Wimbledon Town Centre has to offer.
During September in the town centre, children and adults can try their hand in painting, clay making, collage, still life drawing and more. The festival takes place on The Piazza outside Morrisons with variety of fun arty activities, entertainment and demonstrations, an Arts Market in the middle weekend with local artists selling their pieces and the ArtShed is back hosting local artists and organisations.
